To all our members:

At Cavan Credit Union our first priority in light of the ongoing national situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), is to be able to assist you, our members, as best we can. You can continue to transact in the credit union, which remains open. However if you do not want to physically visit our offices, you can contact us as follows:

  • Speak to a Member of Staff to make a payment on your loan or with loan queries during opening hours on (049) 4331715
  • Submit a query or request a callback via email to

  • If you are registered for Online Services but don’t know your login details please call (049) 4331715
  • For Online access All ID must be up to date on all accounts – please call (089) 2071579 for more information

To members concerned about not being able to make full loan repayments:

We understand that these are very challenging times for our members and your credit union is here to support you through it. In the event that you are experiencing difficulty with making the repayments on your loan, please contact us on our dedicated phone lines during opening hours at  (049) 4331715, or send us an email to We will be flexible in our response and will work with you as the situation evolves for all of us.


In the event that an incident prevents public access to our premises, please note that all electronic payments e.g. Standing Orders and Direct Debits will be processed as normal.

In the event that the situation regarding the COVID19 virus directly impacts Credit Union staff, we will provide you with further updates.
