To members concerned about not being able to make full loan repayments:
We understand that these are very challenging times for our members and your credit union is here to support you through it. In the event that you are experiencing difficulty with making the repayments on your loan, please contact us on our dedicated phone lines during opening hours at (086) 8499110 or (089) 2071579, or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be flexible in our response and will work with you as the situation evolves for all of us.
In the event that an incident prevents public access to our premises, please note that all electronic payments e.g. Standing Orders and Direct Debits will be processed as normal.
In the event that the situation regarding the COVID19 virus directly impacts Credit Union staff, we will provide you with further updates.
